RULES & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Open Gates of Grace Recovery is a structured recovery residence designed to promote safety, accountability, and personal responsibility. The following rules and community standards are in place to support a stable living environment for all residents.

General Community Expectations

All residents are expected to:

-Treat others with respect and dignity.

-Maintain a peaceful and cooperative living environment.

-Follow house guidelines related to safety, cleanliness, and shared spaces.

-Participate in program expectations appropriate to a Level 3 recovery residence.

SOBRIETY & SAFETY STANDARDS

Open Gates of Grace Recovery is a recovery-oriented residence. Residents are expected to:

Remain free from alcohol and non-prescribed substances while residing in the home
Submit to reasonable sobriety monitoring when required by the program
Refrain from bringing prohibited substances or paraphernalia onto the property
Follow safety procedures designed to protect residents, staff, and the community

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION & STRUCTURE

Program Participation

As a Level 3 recovery residence, Open Gates of Grace Recovery provides structured programming and coordinated support services. Residents are expected to:

Participate

Participate in required recovery-oriented activities.

Engage

Engage with case management, Peer support, or clinical coordination as applicable.

Follow

Follow schedules and curfews established by the program.

Communicate

Communicate respectfully with staff and peers regarding needs or concerns.

Conduct & Behavior

Residents are expected to refrain from:

Violence, threats, or harassment
Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Damage to property
Activities that interfere with the safety or recovery of others.

Rule Violations & Accountability

Violations of community standards are addressed through a graduated accountability process, which may include corrective action, increased supervision, or discharge from the program when necessary to maintain safety.

Acknowledgment Note

All residents receive a full copy of program policies and procedures and are required to acknowledge understanding of these rules prior to admission.
